  Got them to replace x7 windows at the house we’re renting, I was told that the job will only take two days! So after taking a day’s leave to get everything ready for the install guys, no one arrives by 10h00 , I call Cheam Windows to find out what’s happening (because I’ve heard nothing, again), only to be told that they’re not coming – another job has over run BUT don’t worry there’ll be two teams working tomorrow to make up the time and it will still be completed as promised, so not to worry. Come the next day I call to find out the progress, oh no only one team arrived and there’s no ways they’ll complete the job – so I call the main office and speak to the “ Director “ called Tony, only to be told “ whatever “ & “ I’m not his client – the Landlord is! “ , sorry they can’t work the weekend either because the install team has another job to complete so I’ll have to wait until Monday. The main reason for this review is to indicate to people the lack of communication with management, empty promises & as someone else mentioned “ highly unprofessional “ even coming for the Director Tony. With regards to the install guys, what a pleasure, they’re pleasant, polite and are rather judicious in the work they carry out, can’t fault them at all, I thought I would come back to a messy house , not at all – best workmanship I’ve seen. So if you’re willing to put up with “ unprofessional management “ it’s worth it in the end.
