I was served by Hannah James and politely asked, if I could try on some rings. I later decided to purchase a ring for £599.00. After purchasing the ring, later found out that she didn't like serving me. But was simply putting on an act, pretending to care. I saw her again at the Sutton train station thirty minutes later. As she saw me she completely turned her back on me and ignored me as if i didn't exist.
I will be taking my business elsewhere If this Is how Ernest Jones Employees treat their customers. I don't know what you thought my intentions were Hannah, but you won't be seeing me again as a returning customer.
